The sysadmws-utils-v1 + GitLab Pipelines bundle for running states has been rolled out to production. That is, in fact, we are moving on to migrating backups to a new version. We set up all new backups in a new way – through pillars. Backups run through pipelines.

The pipeline is sequentially updating backup configs, laying out test files, performing backups, and performing checks.

Since the description of checks is now part of the description of backups, the gap between backups and their checks should be reduced and, in general, the state of backups should become less “erroneous”.

In the near future, it is necessary to plan the migration task in the backup milestone and ensure that the old version and procedures are no longer used when generating new entities.
